This project was designed by OE Design and is located in the upscale Forest Hill neighborhood in Toronto, Ontario. This 18,000 sq. ft. residential home was designed to have an ultra-modern aesthetic, showcasing all sorts of beautiful colors, textures and finishes. We successfully provided interior and exterior renderings as well as life-like video animations to allow OE Design to present the final design to their client. We utilized state-of-the-art rendering software that enabled the designer to view various material selections in real time, allowing their client to change material finishes as many times as possible in order to find the perfect final design solution. The complexity and size of the design presented unique challenges that were mitigated through our video animation. With the help of our services, we were able to save time and money for our client in order to make faster, better informed decisions before the construction stage even began. Our 360 walkthrough services allowed the individual to fully experience the entire range of possibilities available to them. In addition to seeing their design come to life, customers also had the chance to see how different kinds of lighting (both natural and artificial) will affect their space.
