The interior glows with richness and opulence, featuring numerous onsite and local amenities at the doorstep for the Groove Condos’ future homeowners. Partnered with interior designer Tomas Pearce Interior Design Consulting, this building displays prosperity at every corner. Using our Photo-realistic Exterior and Interior Renderings served as the perfect initial impression as it stands clear to magnetize the right eyes and entice them to learn more. Montana Steele Strategic Marketing was able to strategically implement these renderings in their sales offices as well as their digital marketing efforts. Combining our QOO Box and 360 Tour, the Groove Condos was completely built, virtually. The 360 Tour allows the prospective buyer to explore the interior, investigating the amenities and units in their entirety. Every unit is furnished and decorated, and alongside the QOO Box which allows the user to fly around the exterior and explore the surrounding environment during different seasons and times of the day.
